Digital files are provided in the highest resolution possible, typically 4000 x 3000 px and 300 dpi or larger. We can provide exact files size upon request. *Please note, all digital files you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use. It always helps to understand the size area you wish to display the image on. Most of my images will print from 8″ x 10″ all the way to 30″ x 40″. I list all available image sizes along with the substrate it will print on (paper, metallic paper, canvass, gallery block or metal) in each image listing.
We do not offered exchanges or refunds for customized artwork orders. Every piece we order is custom ordered for you and thus, can not be returned to our printer. If you have questions about a particular image or the substrate (paper, metal, canvas), please contact us. If your piece arrives damaged, we will of course file a claim and replace your order in whole.
Shipping and Handling
The site automatically quotes for USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground service via your ZIP Code, and we include insurance for loss or damage claims. If a lower rate is available via Federal Express, we will use the lower rate shipping service. We do not ship UPS. Federal Express can not ship to a P.O. Box. Your artwork is packaged carefully for shipment. During checkout, you’ll be able to check shipping rates. We do combine shipping where possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please take a couple of quick smartphone pics of the outside AND inside where the damage occurred and send it to email@example.com. We’ll get your artwork ordered again, and packed for shipment to you to replace the damaged item. Delivery takes anywhere from 2-7 business days after we ship, but if your item does not show after 10 business days, please contact us so we can file a claim. USPS requires 30 days in lost transit in order to file a claim.
